Adrian Fellows

Adrian Fellows

Adrian Fellows has lead R&D and commercial development of a wide variety of infection control products and interventions from the 1980s to the present day. Particularly in disinfectant wipes and related products. He has brought companies from idea through commercial success to sale. Since 2005 he has also been the R&D director of Gama healthcare ltd, the leading supplier of infection prevention products and training to the NHS, with sales in 60 countries including subsidiaries in Australia and China. Now retired from that position, he leads AGA2tech Ltd which develops non antibiotic antimicrobial solutions to fight the rise of antibiotic resistance in agriculture.

As a principal scientist with seven plus years of expertise in organic synthesis and formulation, Leah specializes in pioneering technologies to fight antimicrobial resistance. Her leadership in developing complex product formulations, including a notable technology for precursor generated peracetic acid, underscores her innovative approach to science. Leah’s contributions as an inventor and author highlight her commitment to advancing the field of antimicrobial resistance particularly in the field of agriculture. Her formulation and analytical work not only propels scientific discovery but also ensures these advancements are viable in the market.

Harsha Siani

Harsha Siani

Blending deep scientific expertise with commercial acumen Harsha has seamlessly transitioned from rigorous academic research to impactful commercial roles in the public and private sector. Harsha has successfully negotiated multiple high-value IP contracts, generating substantial commercial revenue and fostering robust business relationships. Leveraging her technical knowledge for practical applications Harsha has secured significant grant funding in the fields of AMR and infection prevention from Innovate UK, MRC, GAMRIF/DHSC.

Guy Braverman

After graduating from the Royal Free and University College Medical School in 2003, Guy pursued medical and surgical residencies at North Middlesex and Royal Free Hospitals in London. Transitioning from clinical practice, he co-founded a leading Infection Prevention Company, now valued at over £70 million. Guy excels in market need assessment and the development of critical infection prevention products and training services. His strategic vision is complemented by his rapid execution abilities, ensuring that innovative ideas swiftly meet market needs, thus maximizing impact and value.

Allen Hanouka

Allen Hanouka

Dr. Allen Hanouka, a graduate of Manchester Medical School and UCH/Royal Free Medical School in 1998, distinguished himself as an Ophthalmologist before venturing into entrepreneurship. As a co-founder of a prominent Infection Prevention Company alongside Dr. Braverman, he has been pivotal in the company’s growth to a valuation exceeding £70 million. Allen merges scientific rigor with clinical needs and revenue objectives, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making that ensures both scientific integrity and commercial viability.
